Parentoons

Once my kids were old enough to talk, they started saying some hilarious things, and one day, I had the idea to try to recreate some of them in comic form. This was a way to communicate these funny moments, and also to get some practice cartooning.

My favourite thing about cartoons (and/or comics) is the efficiency of communication. There’s such a small amount of space with which to communicate a place, characters, and a story.

These cartoons used to be on Instagram, but I eventually decided to move them here into the blog. Enjoy!
