A few months ago, we adopted two kittens. They are brother and sister from the same litter, and they have the same tabby markings, although the boy is ginger and the girl is tortoiseshell.
They’ve already brought us so much joy. I particularly love the way they sleep all cuddled together — most of the time!
So I embarked on an illustration project, sketching their sleeping positions, then drawing with pen, filling with watercolour, then adding the stripe details with pencil.
I bundled all my illustrations into a zine, which you can flip through below.
